Starting in May, the market regulation authority in Inner Mongolia has introduced an AI-assisted feature for business name registration, dubbed "Name It, AI Helps You." Since its launch, the system has been used over 113,000 times in total, with 8,007 recommended names selected and a perfect 100% first-pass approval rate for those recommendations.
The system boasts intelligent generation, real-time duplicate checking, and one-click application capabilities. Users logging into the region's comprehensive government service platform can enter the name self-registration process when setting up a new entity. A "Recommend" button appears next to the "trade name" field, and clicking it activates the AI name suggestion function. The large model then rapidly produces multiple compliant, creative, and auspicious name options, with an option to refresh the batch if the user is not satisfied.
The tool is integrated with Inner Mongolia's business name database and lists of prohibited or restricted terms, automatically screening for duplicates and violations. This filters out identical, similar, or non-compliant names at the source, guiding businesses toward proper registration from the very start.
Once a business selects a preferred name, the information is automatically carried forward. After filling in basic details, a name reservation period is generated, saving time and effort. The authority is continuously refining the AI model's algorithms and diversifying name recommendation styles. These ongoing improvements aim to digitize market access services, enhance the user experience for businesses, and further optimize the region's business environment.
