Hong Kong-listed ride-hailing platform Dida Inc has been classified by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) as having a “Significant Public Float Shortfall” under Listing Rule 13.32F. The company has fallen below the minimum public-float requirement stipulated in Rule 13.32B.

• Compliance deadline and delisting risk Under Rule 13.32G(3), Dida Inc must restore the required public float by 20 February 2028. Failure to achieve compliance within this period will result in the cancellation of the company’s listing. SEHK urges investors to exercise caution when dealing in the shares.

• Change of stock short name To reflect the shortfall status, the stock’s short names will change at 9:00 a.m. on 25 August 2026: – English short name: from “DIDA INC” to “DIDA INC-PF” – Chinese short name: from “嘀嗒出行” to “嘀嗒出行-PF” The stock code “2559” remains unchanged. The “-PF” marker will be removed once Dida Inc demonstrates full compliance with Rule 13.32B and issues a corresponding public announcement.

• Corporate governance snapshot As of the announcement date (24 August 2026), the board comprises nine directors: five executive directors (Mr. Song Zhongjie, Mr. Li Jinlong, Mr. Duan Jianbo, Mr. Li Yuejun, Mr. Wang Xiaobo), one non-executive director (Ms. Li Jun), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Li Feng, Mr. Li Jian, Ms. Wu Wenjie).
