According to the latest disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 1, SHOG Creation Limited sold 90.18 million shares of OSHIDORI (00622) at an average price of HK$2.7308 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$246 million.
Following the disposal, SHOG Creation's remaining shareholding stands at about 573 million shares, representing an 8.26% stake in the company.
