Dragon Rise Group Holdings Limited (Dragon Rise GP) has appointed Mr. Lam Sai Hung as an independent non-executive director (INED) effective 27 March 2026.

Mr. Lam, aged 64, brings four decades of experience in construction, transport and public administration. He began his career as an assistant engineer with the Hong Kong Government in 1986 and advanced to Director of Civil Engineering and Development in 2016, followed by Permanent Secretary for Development (Works) in 2018. After retiring from civil service in October 2021, he served as Secretary for Transport and Logistics of the HKSAR Government from July 2022 to December 2024. His previous board experience includes two separate terms as a non-executive director of MTR Corporation Limited (2018-2021 and 2022-2024), as well as leadership roles with the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board, Hong Kong Logistics Development Council and Airport Authority Hong Kong.

Under the three-year service agreement commencing 27 March 2026, Mr. Lam will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$0.18 million. He holds no shares or related interests in Dragon Rise GP, meets all independence criteria under Rule 3.13 of the Listing Rules, and has no relationships with directors, senior management or substantial shareholders of the company.

With Mr. Lam’s appointment, the Dragon Rise GP board now comprises three executive directors—Mr. Yip Yuk Kit, Mr. Cheung Chun Fai and Mr. Zou Shuji—and four independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chan Wa Shing, Ms. Ding Xin, Mr. Bok Kwok Ming Aaron and Mr. Lam Sai Hung.
