160 Health International reported a decisive turnaround for the six months ended 30 June 2026, posting a profit of RMB 1.68 million versus a loss of RMB 19.63 million a year earlier. Adjusted net profit (non-IFRS) reached RMB 5.45 million compared with an adjusted loss of RMB 5.06 million in the prior period.
Revenue rose 9.7% year on year to RMB 318.75 million, driven by a 27.6% jump in Digital Healthcare & Wellness Solutions to RMB 101.11 million. This segment’s share of total revenue climbed to 31.7%, up from 27.3% in the 2025 interim period. Sales of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Products advanced 2.9% to RMB 217.64 million.
Gross profit increased 33.3% to RMB 85.37 million, lifting the overall gross margin to 26.8% from 22.0% a year earlier. Digital solutions maintained a high margin of 80.7%, while the pharmaceutical distribution margin edged up to 1.8%.
Operating profit reached RMB 5.53 million, reversing a RMB 18.01 million operating loss in the previous year. Selling and marketing expenses grew 3.9% to RMB 36.78 million, administrative costs slipped 1.2% to RMB 27.19 million, and R&D spend fell 11.5% to RMB 15.44 million, reflecting AI-driven efficiencies.
Net finance costs widened to RMB 4.00 million from RMB 1.18 million, mainly due to higher interest expenses on new bank borrowings. The gearing ratio rose to 72.6% from 69.2% at end-2025.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 427.0 million on 30 June 2026, up from RMB 398.81 million at year-end 2025. Net cash outflow from operations totalled RMB 53.03 million, while financing activities provided RMB 93.22 million, largely from new bank loans.
Operationally, the company’s Healthcare 160 platform connected over 45,141 medical institutions and 908,300 medical professionals across 260 cities, and registered individual users grew 8.69% to 61.9 million.
Management reiterated its strategic focus on expanding the “160AI Hospital” collaboration model, enhancing AI-based patient management, and exploring international opportunities, particularly in Southeast Asia. No interim dividend was declared.
