Tian Tu Capital Schedules Second Extraordinary General Meeting for Interim Dividend Approval

Tian Tu Capital Co., Ltd. has issued a notice convening its second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026. The meeting will take place on Friday, 18 September 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Company’s Conference Room, Unit 05, 43/F, Shenzhen Metro Real Estate Building, Shennan Avenue, Futian District, Shenzhen.

The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution to consider and approve the Company’s 2026 interim profit-distribution plan.

Shareholders recorded on the register of members as of Friday, 18 September 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. To facilitate this, share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 14 September 2026. The register of members will be closed from Tuesday, 15 September to Friday, 18 September 2026, inclusive.

Voting at the EGM will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and results will be published on the Company’s website (www.tiantucapital.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) after the meeting.

Shareholders unable to attend may appoint one or more proxies. Proxy forms, together with relevant authorisations, must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited (for H-shareholders) or the Company’s Shenzhen office (for unlisted-shareholders) no later than 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 17 September 2026.
