BONNY HLDG (01906) announced that the group expects to record an attributable loss to the company's owners for the 2025 financial year in the range of approximately RMB 52 million to RMB 58 million. This compares to an attributable loss of approximately RMB 16.7 million recorded for the financial year ended December 31, 2024. Based on currently available information, the board of directors attributes the significant year-on-year expansion of the group's loss primarily to two factors. Firstly, due to fluctuations in domestic and international economic conditions, the group's revenue for 2025 has decreased by over 10% compared to the 2024 revenue of approximately RMB 267 million, leading to a reduction in gross profit for the 2025 financial year. Secondly, the fair value of the group's investment property located in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China, has incurred an impairment loss of approximately RMB 51.8 million for 2025. This impairment is a result of a substantial increase in the supply of factory spaces for rent in the local area, which has intensified competition in the property leasing market.
