Bank of Jiujiang Announces Leadership Transition in Corporate Secretary Role

Bank of Jiujiang (06190) has officially announced a change in its corporate governance structure, effective from August 28, 2026. Mr. Huang Weichao has stepped down from his positions as Corporate Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and Process Agent for service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Listing Rule 19A.13(2).

In conjunction with this departure, Ms. Ouyang Liyi has been appointed to succeed Mr. Huang, taking on the roles of Corporate Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, all effective from the same date of August 28, 2026. The appointments align with the bank's ongoing commitment to maintaining robust compliance and administrative standards.

These changes reflect a seamless transition in key operational roles, ensuring continuity in the bank's statutory obligations and regulatory interactions within the Hong Kong listing framework.
