7Road Holdings Limited disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return (03 July 2026) that it repurchased 14.13 million ordinary shares on 03 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HK$1.18–1.19 per share, spending HK$16.81 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back 162.24 million shares between 18 May and 03 July 2026 that are pending cancellation. The cumulative volume represents approximately 5.90 % of 7Road’s 2.75 billion issued shares outstanding as of 02 July 2026. Purchase prices over the period ranged from HK$0.55 to HK$1.19 per share.
Under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026, 7Road may acquire up to 274.77 million shares (10 % of its issued capital on the mandate date). To date, 157.54 million shares—equivalent to 57.34 % of this limit and 5.73 % of the then issued share count—have been repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Despite the buy-backs, the company’s issued share capital remains at 2.75 billion shares because the acquired shares have not yet been cancelled. In line with HKEX rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 02 August 2026.
Management affirms that all repurchases were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong listing regulations, and that all requisite filings have been completed.
