Nam Lee Pressed Metal Industries Limited announced that Mr. Yeoh Lam Hock will be redesignated from Independent Non-Executive Director and Acting Chairman to Independent Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman, effective Sep, 1 2026.

The Nominating Committee and the Board reviewed Mr. Yeoh’s qualifications and experience and confirmed his independence under Rule 704(8) of the Singapore Exchange Listing Manual.

Following the change, the Board now comprises: • Yeoh Lam Hock – Independent Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman • Eric Yong Han Keong – Managing Director • Adrian Yong Han Lim – Executive Director • Tay Teck Seng Joshua – Independent Non-Executive Director • Jong Voon Hoo – Independent Non-Executive Director

The memberships of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee remain unchanged.
