China Merchants Port Declares HKD 0.25 Interim Dividend for First Half of 2026

China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited announced an interim ordinary dividend of HKD 0.25 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The distribution corresponds to the company’s semi-annual payout for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Key dates for shareholders are as follows: • Ex-dividend trading commences on 24 September 2026. • The last day to lodge share transfers for dividend entitlement is 25 September 2026 by 16:30 HKT. • The register of members will be closed from 28 September to 5 October 2026 (both days inclusive). • The record date to determine eligible shareholders is 5 October 2026. • Dividend cheques are scheduled for dispatch on 18 November 2026.

Payments will be made in Hong Kong dollars at a rate of HKD 0.25 per share, with no stated withholding tax. No shareholder approval is required for this interim distribution.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will continue to serve as share registrar at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The board currently comprises nine directors, including Chairman Mr. Feng Boming, Non-executive Director Mr. Yim Kong, Executive Directors Mr. Xu Song, Mr. Lu Yongxin, and Mr. Huang Qiang Zhong, and four Independent Non-executive Directors.
