CAI Corp Keeps Share Capital Steady and Meets Public Float Requirement in July 2026 Update

CAI Corp submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that the group’s capital structure remained unchanged over the month.

The authorised share capital was stable at 25.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.04, translating to authorised capital of HKD 1.00 billion. No additional shares were created or cancelled during July.

Issued share capital likewise held steady: 2.18 billion ordinary shares were outstanding, and the company held no treasury shares. There were no share issues, repurchases, or cancellations, and no movements related to share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked agreements.

Management confirmed that CAI Corp’s public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold as of 31 July 2026, ensuring ongoing compliance with Hong Kong listing rules.

No Hong Kong Depositary Receipts are in issue. The monthly return was signed by Company Secretary Lin Cheng on 3 August 2026.
