QIDIAN GUOFENG Shareholder Transfers HK$490 Million Stake from Citibank to Standard Chartered

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on March 16, a shareholder of QIDIAN GUOFENG transferred shares from Citibank to Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong). The transferred shares had a market value of HK$490 million, representing 11.79% of the company's issued share capital.
In a separate announcement on March 12, QIDIAN GUOFENG disclosed that its subsidiary, Beijing QIDIAN GUOFENG Zhisuan Technology Co., Ltd., had entered into a sales agreement with an independent third-party buyer for AI servers. The contract involves the sale of 200 AI servers for a total consideration of approximately RMB 278 million, inclusive of a 13% value-added tax. The unit price per server is RMB 1.3915 million.
