Asia Grocery Maintains 1.162 Bln Issued Shares in July; Public Float Requirement Met

Asia Grocery Distribution Limited (Asia Grocery) reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital was steady at HKD 20.00 million, representing 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained at 1.162 billion, with zero treasury shares on the books. No new shares were issued, repurchased or cancelled during the period.

Asia Grocery confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% for its listed class of shares.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 27 March 2017 and last approved at the 30 July 2021 general meeting, the company had no outstanding or newly granted options in July. Capacity remains for up to 116.20 million shares to be issued upon future option grants.

No warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or executed during the month.
