KASIKORNBANK PCL has announced a cash dividend of Thai Baht 2.00000 per underlying share for holders of KASIKORN BK TH SDR 1TO1.
Based on the 1:1 ratio of underlying shares to SDRs, investors will receive a net dividend of Thai Baht 1.78200 per SDR after a 10 percent withholding tax and a 1 percent corporate action fee.
Key dates include an ex-date of Sep, 09 2026, a record date of Sep, 10 2026 and a payment date of Oct, 01 2026. The Depository will convert the distribution into Singapore dollars at the prevailing exchange rate and will announce the final SGD amount in due course.
