In the second half of 2025, with the integration of AI into its risk control system, Kanzhun Limited's security team has significantly improved its ability to identify and intercept inappropriate recruiters in advance. Data from the fourth quarter of 2025 shows that the platform suspended an average of over 10,000 such accounts per month, with more than 80% being flagged by automated policies.
A representative from Kanzhun Limited explained that inappropriate recruitment activities generally fall into two categories: personal sexual harassment or improper requests by recruiters, and attempts to lure job seekers into roles involving escort services or entertainment activities. Both types of violations are key targets for the platform’s enforcement efforts. For instance, since 2022, Kanzhun Limited has been running its "Cockroach Elimination Campaign" to strictly penalize and publicly disclose accounts involved in sexual harassment, aiming to deter similar behavior. Meanwhile, the security team continues to use technological tools to identify and combat organized groups that guide job seekers toward inappropriate activities.
