Tontine Wines Posts July 2026 Monthly Return: No Share Issuance, Public Float Meets 25% Rule

China Tontine Wines Group Limited (Tontine Wines) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that its capital structure and public float remained unchanged during the month. The submission was lodged with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equating to authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital was stable at 301.56 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held. This translates into issued share capital of approximately HKD 30.16 million at par value. No share issuances, cancellations, option exercises, warrant conversions, or other equity movements were recorded for the month.

Management confirmed that Tontine Wines continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

The monthly return was signed by Director Sun Jialiang, who affirmed compliance with all relevant Hong Kong listing rules, regulatory requirements and corporate authorisations.
