On 31 August 2026, China Yurun Food Group Limited (“Yurun Food”) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.yurun.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic version; however, hard copies can be requested free of charge. To obtain printed materials, shareholders must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or send the form via email to 1068-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

Yurun Food reminds shareholders that maintaining a functional email address with the registrar is their responsibility. Without a valid email address on record, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will only be dispatched in printed form until an updated address is supplied.
