Tontine Wines Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary Mr. Lai Wai Hing

China Tontine Wines Group Limited (Tontine Wines) reported that Mr. Lai Wai Hing resigned from his position as joint company secretary, effective 30 June 2026.

According to the Board, Mr. Lai has no disagreement with the Directors and confirmed that no issues need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Board likewise stated it is unaware of any additional matters requiring disclosure in connection with the resignation.

With Mr. Lai’s departure, Ms. Kwong Oi Man Patty, previously the other joint company secretary, will assume sole responsibility for the role. The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Lai’s contributions during his tenure.

As at the date of the announcement, the Board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Sun Jialiang (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Huang Chuwu and Mr. Qiu Ziwei; three non-executive directors—Mr. Li Jerry Y., Mr. Zhu Minghui and Mr. Guo Yuxin; and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Li Liang, Ms. Lui Mei Ka and Mr. Chan Wai Kit.
