Mindtell Technology Limited (Stock Code: 8611) has announced a proposal to change its English name to Jufeel International Holdings Limited while retaining its existing Chinese name, 九福來國際控股有限公司. This transition remains subject to a special resolution at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

The board considers the updated name to align more closely with the company’s future strategic positioning and development plans. Under the proposal, share certificates bearing the current name will remain valid and will continue to serve as proof of shareholdings.
