YUK WING GP (01536) has announced that Derivative Capital Corporate Finance Limited, a licensed corporation authorized to conduct Type 6 regulated activities (advising on corporate finance) under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, has been appointed as the independent financial advisor to the company. This appointment has been approved by the independent board committee to provide advice on the terms of the rights issue to both the independent board committee and independent shareholders. The independent board committee has sanctioned the appointment in accordance with the relevant listing rules.
