Century Energy International Appoints New Auditor Following Resignation

Century Energy International (08132) has announced that Tianjian International CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective March 13, 2026. The resignation follows a failure to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, Suya Wenshun CPA Limited has been appointed as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by Tianjian's departure. The appointment of Suya is effective from March 17, 2026, and its term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
