POWERLONG Reports 22.34% Drop in Total Contract Sales for First Three Months

POWERLONG (01238) announced its unaudited operating data. In March 2026, the Group's contract sales, including those from jointly controlled entities and associates, were approximately RMB 649 million, with a contract sales area of 53,382 square meters. For the three-month period ended March 31, 2026, the Group's total contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 1.55 billion, representing a decrease of 22.34% compared to the same period last year. The total contract sales area for the period was approximately 134,175 square meters.
