Fullshare Holdings Limited disclosed in its Monthly Return that it allotted 72.00 million new ordinary shares on 31 July 2026 under a general mandate linked to the Subscription Agreement I (initially signed on 26 January 2026 and subsequently amended). The new shares were placed at HKD 1.05 each, lifting the company’s issued share base (excluding treasury shares) to 708.76 million from 636.76 million at end-June.
The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.60 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.50, equivalent to HKD 800.00 million.
Fullshare confirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent. No treasury shares were outstanding or created during the month, and no share options, warrants, or convertible securities were issued, exercised or cancelled.
The company affirmed that all necessary approvals, regulatory filings and listing conditions related to the July share issuance have been completed.
