7Road Holdings Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 11 June 2026, confirming an on-market repurchase of 1.50 million ordinary shares at HK$1.05 each, for a total consideration of HK$1.58 million.
The latest purchase leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 2.75 billion shares, as the bought-back shares have not yet been cancelled. Including all transactions between 18 May and 11 June, 12.83 million shares are awaiting cancellation, equal to 0.47% of the current issued shares.
Under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026, 7Road may buy back up to 274.77 million shares. Since the mandate became effective, 8.13 million shares (0.30% of issued shares) have been repurchased, leaving 266.64 million shares available for further buybacks.
Across the entire programme from 18 May to 11 June, repurchases totalled HK$9.61 million for 12.83 million shares, translating into an average price of HK$0.75, with individual transactions ranging from HK$0.55 to HK$1.05 per share.
In line with Main Board Rule 10.06, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 July 2026.
