For the month ended 30 April 2026, Mindtell Tech (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability) reported the following equity movements to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited:

• Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.01, equivalent to HKD20.00 million.

• Issued share capital also stayed flat at 468.00 million ordinary shares; no treasury shares were held or cancelled.

• The company confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement under GEM Rule 17.37D(1).

• During the month, Mindtell Tech issued convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD28.60 million. The bonds carry a conversion price of HKD0.55 per share and, if fully converted, could result in up to 52.00 million new ordinary shares. No shares were converted in April.

Other than the newly issued convertible bonds, no options, warrants, or additional share-issuance arrangements were reported, and there were no movements in treasury shares or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.
