Jiayuan Services (01153) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a significant decline in profitability. The group reported revenue of RMB 409 million, representing a decrease of 1.92% compared to the same period last year.

The company's profit attributable to owners of the company stood at RMB 14.883 million, reflecting a substantial year-on-year reduction of 89.37%. Earnings per share were recorded at RMB 0.02.

As of June 30, 2026, the group managed a total of 258 property management projects with a contracted gross floor area of approximately 52.8 million square meters. This represents a decrease of approximately 2.6% compared to the 265 projects and 54.2 million square meters reported in the corresponding period of 2025.

However, the group's in-charge gross floor area expanded to approximately 45.8 million square meters as of June 30, 2026, up approximately 2.9% from the 44.5 million square meters recorded in the same period last year. The reduction in contracted gross floor area is attributed to the group's continued efforts to phase out property projects expected to lack sufficient cash flow support, while the increase in in-charge area stems from partial conversion of contracted space and sustained effective market expansion initiatives.
