7Road Holdings Limited disclosed a further on-market repurchase of 170,000 ordinary shares on 27 April 2026 at HKD 0.69 each, for a total consideration of HKD 0.12 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 4.92 million shares between 8 and 27 April 2026 under the mandate granted on 20 May 2025. The aggregate outlay for the April programme amounts to approximately HKD 3.59 million, implying a volume-weighted average buy-back price of HKD 0.73 per share.
The repurchased shares—representing about 0.18% of the 2.75 billion issued shares—are earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share capital register. Following the latest action, 7Road’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.75 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares after the repurchase, restricting any equity issuance or treasury share disposal until 27 May 2026.
The current mandate authorises 7Road to buy back up to 275.32 million shares; 4.92 million shares, or 0.18% of the authorised limit, have been utilised to date.
