Shanghai Fudan to Vote on Industrial Fund Investment at 16 September 2026 Extraordinary Meeting

Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited will convene its 2026 Third Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 16 September 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in Shanghai to seek shareholder approval for a single ordinary resolution: authorisation of the Company’s investment in an Industrial Fund that constitutes a related-party transaction, as detailed in the circular dated 27 August 2026.

H-shareholders recorded on the register as of 16 September 2026 are eligible to attend and vote. To qualify, holders must ensure share transfers are lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 10 September 2026, ahead of the register’s closure from 11 to 16 September 2026.

Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; instruments of proxy—and any authority documents—must be deposited at the Company’s PRC office (for A-shareholders) or at Tricor Investor Services (for H-shareholders) no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Attendance requires valid identification, and corporate shareholders must present notarised authorisation for representatives.

The Board is currently composed of two executive directors, four non-executive directors, four independent non-executive directors, and one employee director.
