A-LIVING Reports Interim Results with 8.1% Drop in Shareholder Net Profit

A-LIVING (03319) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of RMB 6.064 billion, marking a year-on-year decrease of 6.2%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the company stood at RMB 317 million, reflecting an 8.1% reduction compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share reached RMB 0.22, with an interim dividend of RMB 0.05 per share (pre-tax) proposed.

During the period, revenue contributions from the group's four core business segments were as follows: property management services revenue declined by 5.7% year-on-year to RMB 5.026 billion; owner value-added services revenue fell by 10.8% year-on-year to RMB 463 million; urban services revenue decreased by 5.7% year-on-year to RMB 544 million; and external expansion value-added services revenue dropped by 27.2% year-on-year to RMB 29.7 million.

As of June 30, 2026, the group's total gross floor area under management reached 493 million square meters. Notably, projects from third-party sources accounted for approximately 81.8% of the total managed area, establishing third-party projects as the primary source of the group's scale.
