FY Financial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. announced on 12 August 2026 that it expects to report a net loss of approximately RMB11.00 million to RMB12.50 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The company recorded a net loss of about RMB1.39 million in the same period of 2025, implying an increase in losses of roughly RMB9.61 million to RMB11.11 million year on year.

Management attributes the deeper loss to three main factors:

1. A significant downturn in energy-storage sales, driven by higher battery raw-material costs, tighter supply conditions, and intensified price competition at the retail level. 2. Reduced income from the factoring business. 3. Other income losses arising from the disposal of a financial asset.

The loss forecast is based on the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts and may be adjusted when the interim results are finalized. FY Financial plans to release its full unaudited interim results in due course, in line with GEM Listing Rules.

Shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
