POWERLONG Reports Interim Loss of RMB 592 Million, Narrowing 77.67% Year-on-Year

POWERLONG (01238) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group recorded revenue of RMB 8.184 billion, a decrease of 38.24% year-on-year. Loss attributable to owners of the company stood at RMB 592 million, narrowing by 77.67% compared to the same period last year. The loss per share was RMB 14.3 cents.
According to the company's announcement, the drop in revenue was mainly attributed to the decline in property sales income, as well as reduced income from investment property rentals, commercial operation services, and residential property management services.
