Asset Chain Joins Forces with Jiezhou Technology and Gortune on AI-Enabled Cross-Border Loan Financing

Asset Chain Limited announced on 20 April 2026 that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Cooperation with Shenzhen Jiezhou Technology Company Limited and Gortune International Investment Holding Limited to build a strategic partnership targeting the Group’s loan-financing business for cross-border e-commerce enterprises and foreign-trade suppliers.

Under the memorandum, Jiezhou will introduce prospective borrowers and apply its proprietary artificial-intelligence risk-control model—trained on transaction, payment, customs and logistics data—to generate credit assessments. Based on these assessments, Asset Chain and/or Gortune may, at their own discretion, provide loan financing to the vetted borrowers.

Jiezhou specialises in full-chain data integration and AI modelling; one of its principal shareholders is a subsidiary of Ant Group Co., Ltd. Gortune, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, focuses on investments in technological innovation and green development sectors. The announcement confirms that both companies are independent third parties to Asset Chain.

Management expects the collaboration to leverage Asset Chain’s financing expertise alongside Jiezhou’s technology platform, creating a mutually beneficial structure for scaling the Group’s lending activities. The memorandum is an expression of intent and is not legally binding; future agreements remain subject to further negotiation. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Asset Chain’s shares, as the cooperation may or may not proceed.
