ROKAE ROBOTICS (03752) has announced its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year, posting revenue of approximately RMB 415 million, a significant increase of 135.8% year-on-year. The company recorded a loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 79 million for the period, representing a reduction of approximately 12.6% compared to the prior corresponding period. Notably, the adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 18.4 million, achieving a turnaround from a loss position in the previous year. Operating cash flow also shifted to a positive position during the reporting period.
Revenue from sales of robotic products surged by 162.2% to RMB 394 million, primarily reflecting a substantial increase in sales volume from over 4,000 units in the six months ended June 30, 2025, to more than 13,000 units in the same period of 2026. This growth was largely driven by continuous product upgrades and the ongoing optimisation of core proprietary technologies, including force control and high-precision transmission systems, which have enabled the products to better address diverse application demands across various industries.
Mr. Tuo Hua, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, commented: "During the reporting period, the market presented a complex landscape of opportunities and challenges, and ROKAE demonstrated strong operational resilience." The 135.8% increase in total revenue has laid a solid foundation for long-term sustainable development. This robust performance stems from the company's consistent execution of its "full-stack empowerment, embodied intelligence symbiosis" strategy. The company has advanced technological iterations to enhance customer experience while pursuing a platform-driven approach to refine its product portfolio, which encompasses robot bodies, core components, control systems, and an open ecosystem.
In terms of business development, ROKAE has adopted a dual-track model combining full-stack in-house R&D with open collaboration. To date, the company's industrial robots, flexible collaborative robots, and embodied intelligent robots have served over 1,000 enterprises across more than 40 countries and regions.
Mr. Tang Shengtian, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company, commented: "During the reporting period, ROKAE achieved total revenue of RMB 415 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 135.8%, primarily driven by growth in robotic product sales." By business segment, industrial robot revenue increased by 69% year-on-year, while flexible collaborative robot revenue grew by 72% over the same period. The embodied intelligent robot business made significant progress, generating revenue of RMB 139 million, which accounted for 34% of total revenue. Several leading embodied intelligence technology companies have adopted or transitioned to the company's humanoid robotic arms for R&D and product iteration, accelerating the rapid growth of this business segment.
The continuous optimisation of the product portfolio has expanded overall sales and lifted the group's gross margin to 29.8% during the period. Moving forward, the company will drive product iterations across its three core business lines: industrial robots, flexible collaborative robots, and embodied intelligent robots. ROKAE will consolidate its core competitiveness, enhance operational efficiency, and as business scale expands, establish a solid foundation for the group's high-quality medium to long-term development.
