The president of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Asadej Kongsiri, indicated in a recent media interview that the favorable trend of global capital flowing into Thai equities is likely to persist.

Kongsiri noted that numerous companies have expressed interest in raising funds within the Thai market, with the exchange having received a substantial number of related inquiries. Discussions with these firms are currently underway.

His remarks come at a time when the Thai stock market is potentially facing its first monthly net outflow of foreign capital since April.

It is worth noting that Thailand's equity market has accumulated USD 1.8 billion in foreign inflows this year, positioning it to achieve its highest annual level since 2022.
