United Overseas Australia (UOS) reported that revenue from ordinary activities for the half year ended Jun, 30 2026 grew 10.32% to 124.7 million Singapore dollars, while profit attributable to shareholders slipped 7.70% to 41.2 million Singapore dollars.

The board declared an interim dividend of 0.5 Singapore cents per share and a special dividend of 1.5 Singapore cents per share, both unfranked. The record date is Oct, 15 2026, with payment slated for Nov, 5 2026.

A final dividend of 2.0 Singapore cents per share relating to FY 2025 was paid on Jun, 5 2026. Net tangible assets per share edged up to 118.92 Singapore cents from 118.35 Singapore cents a year earlier.

Management attributed the revenue increase to higher sales of development properties and steady rental contributions, while profit was weighed by foreign exchange losses and a fair-value reduction on investment properties.
