The company has also adopted the Chinese dual foreign name "永通万国集团控股有限公司". These changes became effective on March 2, 2026.

Subsequently, the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong issued a certificate of change of name on March 18, 2026, confirming the change of the company's registered English name in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance from "WMCH Global Investment Limited" to "Radiance Global Group Holdings Limited", along with the adoption of the Chinese name "永通万国集团控股有限公司".

The English stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "WMCH GLOBAL" to "RADIANCE GLO GP". The Chinese stock short name will be changed from "WMCH GLOBAL" to "永通万国集团".
