Winding-Up Petition Against ZYY Withdrawn by Petitioner

The petitioner in the winding-up case against ZYY (08223) has submitted an application to the Hong Kong High Court to withdraw the petition.
According to a company announcement, the petitioner filed a summons for withdrawal with the High Court on July 7, 2026, seeking to retract the winding-up petition originally issued on April 29, 2026.
A hearing for this withdrawal summons is scheduled for July 29, 2026, unless the court approves its cancellation beforehand.
The company stated that it will issue a further announcement if the High Court grants an order to formally approve the withdrawal of the petition.
