EAST NOVA HLDGS (03626) has announced that on June 8, 2026, the tenant Hang Seng (Siu Po) Printing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into the 2026 lease agreement with the landlord Chi Hing Cheong Real Estate Limited for the lease of the properties.

The lease term runs from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2028. All properties are located at Chi Hing Cheong Industrial Building, 16 Cheung Yue Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Each property comprises specific industrial units on different floors as follows: Property A: Factory A/C and B/D on the 1st floor; Property B: Factory B/D on the 2nd floor; Property C: Factory C on the 4th floor; Property D: Factory C and D on the 5th floor.

The group has utilized these premises as its production base, warehouse, and office for over two decades. Continuing the lease of these properties benefits the group as it allows for stable operations at the site without incurring additional relocation costs and expenses, thereby avoiding any disruption to the group's business activities.

Given that the 2024 lease agreement is set to expire on April 30, 2026, the tenant and landlord negotiated to renew and execute the 2026 lease agreement. The 2026 lease agreement enables the group to continue its operations at the properties under terms largely consistent with those of the 2024 lease agreement.
