DYNAGREEN ENV (01330) shares climbed nearly 5% during Hong Kong trading hours, last up 4.96% at HK$5.82 with turnover reaching HK$23.77 million.

On August 28, the company released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2026. During the period, the group generated total revenue of RMB 1.877 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 11.45%. Net profit attributable to shareholders rose 23.16% to RMB 465 million, while basic earnings per share stood at RMB 0.33. The company also declared an interim cash dividend of RMB 0.11 per share (pre-tax).

Where investors should focus

The company's core environmental protection business maintained stable operations throughout the first half. Total domestic waste processed reached 7.66 million tonnes, up 7.07% year-on-year, while grid-connected electricity generation hit 2.26 billion kWh, reflecting growth of 6.96%.

Its non-electricity segment proved particularly robust, with steam supply operations continuing to expand significantly. Steam delivery volume reached 664,200 tonnes during the first six months, surging 28.85% compared to the same period last year. This division has emerged as a key growth driver for the company. Additionally, the proposed interim dividend underscores the firm's ongoing commitment to rewarding its shareholders.
