7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 4.73 million ordinary shares on 12 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HK$1.08 and HK$1.09 per share, for a total consideration of HK$5.15 million. All shares bought will be cancelled.

Following the latest transaction, 7Road’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.75 billion shares, as the newly repurchased stock had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date. The company’s treasury share balance is zero.

Since shareholders approved a new repurchase mandate on 26 May 2026, 7Road has acquired 12.86 million shares—equivalent to 0.47 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—against an authorised limit of 274.77 million shares. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury stock until 12 July 2026.

Including earlier transactions between 18 May and 11 June, a total of 17.42 million shares are currently held for cancellation, purchased at prices ranging from HK$0.55 to HK$1.09 per share.
