WINFULL GP (SEHK: 00183) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries have entered into a provisional sale and purchase agreement to dispose of a property in Hong Kong.

On July 15, 2026, the sellers, Celestial Tower Limited, Just Central Limited, Coastal Talent Limited, and Double Achiever Limited, agreed with the buyer, Success Group Holdings Limited, and an agent to sell the property for a total consideration of HK$31.5 million.

The assets include Property 1, which consists of Office Units 1 to 3 on the 30th floor of the International Trade Centre at 3 Albert Road, Hong Kong, with a total gross floor area of approximately 4,123 square feet.

Also included is Property 2, which is Parking Space No. 6 on the 2nd floor of the same building.

The company's directors periodically conduct strategic reviews of the group's assets to maximize shareholder returns.

After considering the current market conditions and performance of the property, the directors believe the disposal represents a favorable opportunity for the group to realize its investment and redeploy its resources more efficiently.
