On August 25, 2026, Jumbo Flags Capital Limited completed the sale of 190,000,000 shares of GC CONSTRUCTION to Global Line Network Sdn. Bhd. at an average price of HKD 0.4100 per share, involving approximately HKD 77.90 million.
Prior to the disposal, Jumbo Flags Capital Limited's long position in GC CONSTRUCTION was 728.96 million shares, representing 72.9%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 538.96 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 53.9%.
