Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

As of 30 June 2026, HKEX had 1.27 billion issued ordinary shares, identical to the balance reported at the end of May 2026. The filing records zero treasury shares and verifies that the total number of issued shares stands at 1.27 billion.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, confirming that at least 25% of its issued ordinary shares remained in public hands as of month-end.

HKEX reported no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked arrangements, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or redemptions during the period.

The return—submitted by Company Secretary Timothy Tsang on 03 July 2026—also notes that HKEX has no authorised share-capital limit or par-value shares under its share-capital structure.
