7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 9.71 million ordinary shares on 7 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HK$1.18–1.19 per share, paying HK$11.53 million in aggregate. The shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased but not yet cancelled 181.38 million shares since 18 May 2026, equal to 6.60 % of the current issued share base of 2.75 billion shares. Purchase prices over the period ranged from HK$0.55 to HK$1.19.
The buybacks form part of a mandate granted on 26 May 2026 authorising the repurchase of up to 274.77 million shares. To date, 176.68 million shares (6.43 % of the issued capital on the mandate date) have been acquired under this authority, leaving capacity for a further 98.10 million shares.
The issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.75 billion shares as of 7 July 2026, pending formal cancellation of the repurchased stock. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 6 August 2026.
