Keep Inc. Repurchases 60,400 Shares at HKD 1.69–1.77, Lifting Treasury Stock to 12.23 Million

On 27 August 2026, Keep Inc. executed an on-market buyback of 60,400 ordinary shares at prices ranging between HKD 1.69 and HKD 1.77 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.10 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 1.7081.

Following the transaction, Keep’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.01 % to 498.04 million shares, while treasury stock increased to 12.23 million shares. Total issued shares, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 510.28 million.

The latest purchase forms part of the share-repurchase mandate approved on 4 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 50.24 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 4.37 million shares, equivalent to 0.87 % of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving roughly 45.87 million shares of remaining capacity.

In addition, Keep holds 3.52 million shares that were repurchased between 6 January and 15 April 2026 for cancellation but have not yet been cancelled. Repurchase prices across those earlier transactions ranged from HKD 2.91 to HKD 3.97 per share.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Keep is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 September 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase. Management affirms that all buybacks have complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and other applicable regulations.
