Located on Floors 12-15 of Phase II of the Business Center in the Higher Education Park, Chashan Street, Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, the property has a building area of 4,523.86 square meters and a land use right area of 267.90 square meters. The property is adjacent to Wenzhou Medical University, offering significant locational advantages, convenient transportation, and well-developed supporting infrastructure. It is poised to complement university teaching and research resources, creating a development framework characterized by functional synergy, spatial continuity, and overall interconnectivity.
