CH OVS G OCEANS (00081) saw its shares rise more than 7% in morning trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 7.46%, trading at HK$2.45, with a turnover of HK$24.4383 million.

The company released its annual results, reporting revenue of RMB 36.874 billion, a decrease of 19.7% year-on-year. Gross profit was RMB 3.201 billion, with a gross profit margin of 8.7%. Profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 305 million, down 68.1% compared to the previous year. For 2025, the company largely achieved the sales targets set at the beginning of the year.

A research report from Citigroup noted that as a mid-sized property developer, CH OVS G OCEANS is focusing on increasing its market share in core cities, aiming to raise it from the current 8% to 10%. The company is already the sales leader in 7 cities and ranks within the top three in 21 cities. The report also highlighted that the gross profit margin for new projects added after 2022 reached 19%, higher than the 8.7% gross margin recognized for 2025. Additionally, the company actively acquired land last year, achieving an internal rate of return (IRR) of 120% and demonstrating fast asset turnover.
