According to the latest disclosure from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Kingboard Investments Limited acquired an additional 1 million shares in KB Laminates (01888.HK) on August 27, at a price of HK$43.1706 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$43.17 million.
Following this purchase, the investment firm's latest shareholding in the company has risen to around 162 million shares, representing a 5.13% stake in the laminate manufacturer.
