Cofoe Medical Declares RMB 0.60 Interim Dividend per Share for H1 2026; Ex-Dividend on 22 September

Cofoe Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has announced an interim cash dividend of RMB 6 per 10 shares (equivalent to RMB 0.60 per share) for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The payout is subject to forthcoming shareholder approval.

Currency and tax details • The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed later. • Non-resident enterprise shareholders face a 10% withholding tax. • Non-resident individual shareholders are also subject to a 10% default rate, adjustable if a lower treaty rate applies. • Mainland investors holding H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will see 20% withholding for individuals and investment funds, while mainland enterprise investors must self-declare and pay the relevant tax.

Share registration Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, will act as share registrar for entitlement determination.

The interim dividend covers Cofoe Medical’s 2026 financial year, which ends on 31 December 2026. Further details on payment date, exchange rate and shareholder approval timeline will be provided in subsequent filings.
